Summary
The Blaine-to-Maine route crosses 15 states that are home to an estimated 9,575 individuals currently living with ALS. Every year, nearly 1,400 families in these states hear the words, "You have ALS." When family members and caregivers are included, ALS directly impacts more than 30,000 people along the route we will travel. These men and women face the daily challenges of a progressive neurological disease that affects movement, speech, swallowing, and eventually breathing.

Every mile of the Blaine-to-Maine ride is dedicated to increasing awareness and support for these individuals and their families.
